The Monroe Fireplace service program is geared to complement our superior product lineup by providing the best installation and follow-up maintenance experiences possible to our customers. Every one of our installations is previewed in the customer’s home to ensure that the actual on-site work goes smoothly at a cost that is established in advance. Our installers will take care to protect your home and belongings, and leave the job site in as good or better condition than we found it. Almost all installations are completed in one day or less. We do have some in-house capability for masonry and tile finish work, as well as an excellent list of referrals for more extensive needs of related trades.
Services
Our maintenance service is handled by our two full-time Factory Certified technicians. In order to maintain maximum service levels to our customers, we service only the brands of appliances that we sell and generally limit ourselves to a 30-mile radius from Monroe. Our objective is to provide our customers with superior service experience with as short a lead time as possible and strive to complete every job in one call by stocking most replacement parts and remaining current with the latest training opportunities. We also offer a very popular pre-season cleaning special for our gas and pellet appliance customers at substantial savings.
